Shipping Policy

• International shipping using Hong Kong Post can take anywhere from 10-20 business days+. (depending on individual country policies/ customs & procedures)

• Shop is not held accountable for any additional fees requested upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
It is always unfortunate to hear a customer is unhappy with a purchase. It is the shop's goal to move forward in the most helpful manner while remaining within the shop's polices. Communication of issues / frustrations / complications is always greatly appreciated and assists in the betterment of all products. 


• Exchanges are subjective and based upon sellers discretion and underlaying circumstances. There will not be an exchange option offered if the item has been worn or after 7 days of the items arrival. 

• Customers have a 2 week time frame of the items arrival to notify the shop of any complications. After this time frame, the shop cannot confirm the problems origin and therefore may not be able to assist in the best possible resolution. After a 2 month time frame of the items arrival, there cannot be any assistance in a resolution as there is no way to confirm any origin of problems.

• Items with LED Lights: It is the customers' responsibility to test LED lights immediately upon arrival. If lights do not work upon arrival, the customer must immediately notify the shop in order to receive a partial refund or exchange which will be offered pending proof of a dysfunctional item. Batteries are included with the hat. 

• The shop is NOT accountable for any modifications/ changes attempted to any items by the customer.
